Holistic ホリスティック & Reiki レイキ

Last week I applyed to correspondence school to study Holistic!:)
Since I decided to learn Reiki,I have interested in Holistic and Spiritual something.
So I started to learn Reiki & Holistic!!

I just recieved text book of holistic.

And I just took First degree of Reiki!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Reiki's teacher is living near my house,just 2 stops from my local station.
First she explain about steps of leaning Reiki and history and so on,,,
And then I took Healing from her for more than 1 hour.
It was first time to take it for me and it was really feel so relax and feel good.
I was sleeping,,,,
It was around just 1 hour but  I felt I slept very deeply.

I asked her Did u feel something wrong from my part of body?
She said she felt I am using my brain and mind too much.And my back is hard.
Actually I don't use my brain,,lol  I don't study complicated things such as Math,,,so I feel I don't use my brain.
But I use my mind to think about many things all the time,,,,
Especially nowadays,,,,,,,Coz of love,,,,,it is a complicated.I don't write.


And then she started to give me attunement.she did 4 times.
I didn't feel anything,,,,just felt my hand is warm.

My first degree lesson was 5hours.
I got new experiences.
I feel same but bit refreshed.

From now I do healing by myself for 21 days.
Let's see what I feel.
If I feel enough to take second degree after 21 days,I take it.

I really look forward to feel how I am going to be better.



Oh!she can see Aura.
I asked what color my aura.
She said Blue.

My aura's color is Third eye.

um,,,,,,I can't belive someone can see aura,,,,,,,,,,,,but I want to belive.
maybe I need to know more about this kind of things.
